TALA. Sustainable Style. TALA has quickly become widely renowned for its sustainability, diverse audience and flattering fits. By blurring the line between activewear and casual wear, each collection aims to bring on-trend staples through a unique but innately affordable approach to sustainable fashion.
The majority of TALA garments are produced and hand finished in Europe where a number of steps have been taken to ensure every step of the process is as sustainable as possible. Partnering with world-leading facilities has ensured that the garments not only fulfil the functionality demanded by the customer but also lessen the footprint by spinning the required yarn and fibres on site.
Their factory groups in Portugal and Turkey have been audited by Sedex which checks the whole business on four pillars: Labour, Health & Safety, Environment and Business ethics. This covers fabrics and the well-being of the workforce.
TALA seamless garments are made from 92% recycled raw materials, collected pre-consumer i.e. directly from factories. If the materials were not recycled they would have otherwise been disposed of in landfill. The hoodies and joggers, made with Recovertex yarn, use upcycled products, preventing clothes and textiles reaching landfill.
All packaging is made from recycled materials and is recyclable, and TALA tags are made from seeded paper and can be planted!
