Watson & Wolfe specialise in beautiful unisex accessories, including wallets, purses, pouches, card holders and belts, all made from a high quality sustainable vegan leather. Their collections are made in a small boutique factory that has a long history of producing the highest quality accessories for luxury brands all over the world.

They use innovative, sustainable materials – for example their eco vegan leather contains more than 50% bio plant material, derived from non-food grade corn, which comes from a renewable source. This gives their leather a much lower CO2 footprint than a regular vegan leather. It is also completely free of Chromium and PPD.

This British vegan brand set out to deliver high quality accessories for men, although they have now expanded to include women's vegan bags and accessories too. Men are underrepresented in the world of sustainable and vegan accessories – but as more and more people are opting for a vegan lifestyle,  Watson & Wolfe wanted to offer accessories that look and feel like something men were used to carrying.

The brand prefers vegan materials with sustainable elements, such as recycled fibres or plant leathers, but without losing the look and feel of animal leather. Durability is a big focus for this brand – every item is made to the highest standard, built to last.

About the Founder

Watson & Wolfe was founded by Helen Farr-Leander, who spent ten years working with leather goods at luxury brand Aspinal of London. But when she decided to start her own brand, she did deeper research into the leather trade – and decided that eating animals, and using them as disposable commodities, was not for her. So she began looking into new materials, seeking that luxury finish of a modern design with a high-end feel – all vegan.

“I wanted to build a business that was considerate and that my children could be proud of too. Nobody should be profiteering on the back of environmental damage.”

Materials

Watson & Wolfe's main material is a vegan eco-leather derived from renewable corn resources – 50% plant material, derived from non-food grade corn, which comes from a renewable source. This gives Watson & Wolfe's vegan leather a much lower CO2 footprint than traditionally made vegan leather. It is also completely free of chromium and PDD – harsh chemicals found in leather tanning. The brand also uses cactus leather and cork.

Their wallet linings are strong and durable, while maintaining a luxurious look and feel. The linings are made using 100% recycled plastic bottles, which use 94% less water, 60% less energy and 32% less CO2 to manufacture than virgin polyester.

People

The brand conducts thorough inquiries into their factories and suppliers about the conditions of their workforce, such as living wage. They also require all local government taxes to be paid and personally visit the factories when possible.

Production

Most of the brand's designs are manufactured in a small factory in Turkey. The manufacturer of their corn leather supplier is based in Rome. It has three sites globally – each fully powered by solar energy. This supplier is also aiming to develop a 100% solvent-free product and a material for shoe lining with 80% bio-based content.

Packaging

Watson & Wolfe's gift boxes are made from recycled materials, and their card stock is biodegradable and FSC-certified. The entire manufacturing process is chlorine-free, and it's finished off with the printing, which is done using vegetable inks.

Animals

The winner of the Best Vegan Men's Accessories award in the 2019 PETA Fashion Awards, Watson & Wolfe believes that the raising of animals for food and fashion must be designed out of society due to the damage it causes to the planet and the suffering it brings upon the animals. To this brand, being vegan is essential.

As a marketplace, we sell over 100 beautiful vegan and sustainable brands – but we don’t hold stock, so when you order a product from us, the item gets shipped from the brand itself. This eliminates needless carbon emissions and use of resources from not having to have the item packaged and shipped to us, and then repackaged and shipped out again to the customer; and not having to run major warehouse operations in addition to those of our brands.

If you have purchased multiple items from different brands at the same time, each item will be sent separately and directly from each individual brand.

Immaculate Vegan is therefore not directly responsible for the delivery of items purchased on our site. Responsibility for this is passed to the brand, once the purchase has been made and payment has been collected by us. However, we manage all customer communications, so if you have any issues with delivery of your item, please contact us at customers@immaculatevegan.com

Delivery Destinations and Costs

We currently ship to the following territories: Europe, North America (US, Canada, and Mexico), Australia, New Zealand, Israel, UAE, Hong Kong, and Japan.

Note: Each of our brands select which countries in the world they deliver to, and they set their own delivery costs for each country (which will vary). If this is not clearly stated on the individual product page, then you will be able to check in the shopping bag before proceeding to payment.

Our brands also select their own couriers, which may also differ by country.

Delivery and Promotions

If you use a promotional code, the reduction is usually applied only to the price of the product and not the delivery cost.

Our Prices & VAT

All of the prices shown on our store include UK VAT at 20%. However, if you are based outside of the UK, we will remove UK VAT at checkout, and apply your local VAT instead, if applicable. This is dependant on where you are based – please see below.

Import Duties

Your order may be subject to import duties.

If you are based in the UK or EU and you order from a brand who ships from outside of the UK or EU, you may be liable to pay import duties.

Customers based outside the UK and EU may also be liable to pay import duties on shipments arriving from another country.

These will be charged at point of delivery, and payable through the courier.

As the customer, you are responsible for paying any duties that apply in your region. These are government-imposed duties that we have no control over as a retailer. Should you require more information, please contact your local customs office.

Payment of VAT & Import Duties

Depending on courier used by the brand, you will have either an option to pay any additional fees online by following the tracking number available once your order is shipped, or directly to your courier upon delivery. Please note, you will be required to pay any relevant duties before your order will be released to you.

Unfortunately, if you fail to pay any charges and the parcel is returned to sender, we will not be able to refund your order.

Delivery Timings

Once you have ordered one or more items from Immaculate Vegan, the relevant brand will be immediately notified by Immaculate Vegan. This initiates the processing of your order, and ultimately delivery to you.

We ask our brands to send items to you as quickly and as cost efficiently as possible. Please bear in mind that products ordered from countries far away from your location will likely take longer to get to you.

Delivery Confirmation

A delivery confirmation email from Immaculate Vegan will be sent to you as soon as the order has been sent. This email will contain a tracking number and the date the brand dispatched the item.

If you want to know the status of your delivery, please use the tracking number and link in this delivery confirmation email. This is the easiest and quickest way for you to get this information.

If a brand is experiencing a high volume of orders, or other factors such as poor weather or postal strikes, delivery may be delayed by a few days.

If you experience a delivery issue which has not been resolved by the brand, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve this.

Incorrect Address Details

Please ensure your address is completed correctly and a valid phone number is available at order. Immaculate Vegan does not take responsibility for lost or undelivered items if the address is incorrect.

If your order is returned to the brand, the cost of redelivery must be paid before it is despatched again.

Damages

Please see our Returns Policy

We hope you love the items you buy from us; we take the utmost care in ensuring our goods are of a high quality. Additionally, as shipping goods has an environmental impact, we hope to minimise returns by giving you as much information as possible about each product.

However, we understand that from time to time things might not be quite what you expected. So here is our policy and instructions if you ever need to return a product:

Immaculate Vegan is a multi-brand marketplace. That means we offer products from different brands based in different countries. So you need to return your item directly to the brand supplier, not to Immaculate Vegan.

If you want to return an item, you need to inform Immaculate Vegan, rather than the brand. Please email us at customers@immaculatevegan.com. You have 14 days to inform us of your desire to return an item, and then a further 14 days from the date you notify us to send back the item.

All items returned must be in their original condition – unused, unworn, unwashed, in the original packaging and with original labels and any hygiene stickers attached. All beauty products must be unopened, with all seals in place. Unfortunately, our suppliers will not be able to accept any items that fail to meet these criteria.

Many of our suppliers don’t include a returns slip in the package itself for environmental reasons; so if you don't find a returns address and returns information in your package, please don't worry. Just email us at customers@immaculatevegan.com, and we will send you a returns slip with the returns address for that brand.

What can be returned?

Any item – regular priced or sale price – may be returned and refunded. This includes items purchased with a promotional or discount code.

However, any custom-made / made to order products cannot be returned and refunded.

Return costs

If the supplier offers free returns, a Free Post sticker or code will be included in the packaging.

If the supplier does not offer free returns, you are responsible for packaging up the item and posting it back at your own cost. In this instance, we recommend a signed-for delivery with proof of postage.

The exception to this is when the item is faulty, in which case the brand is responsible for paying for costs of returning the item. Please inform us if you receive a faulty item as soon as possible, by emailing customers@immaculatevegan.com.

Any delivery costs or import taxes you may have had to pay to receive an item cannot be refunded by us upon the return of that item.

You are responsible for any item being returned until it arrives back at the supplier.

It is your responsibility to fill out any customs declaration form correctly. When filling in the customs declaration form, please consult with your post office personnel how to declare a return exempt from import duties. Otherwise the brand may be charged customs import taxes, which they will deduct from your refund amount.

Processing your return

Once your returned item is received and inspected, the supplier will notify us, and we will then send you an email confirming this. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed. We aim to refund you as soon as we can, once your returned item has been processed by the supplier.

We are legally obliged to ensure your money is refunded within 14 working days of receipt of the returned goods in saleable condition.

Please note that original shipping costs are not refundable unless the delivered item is faulty.

Exchanges

Most of our brand partners allow exchanges, although some only offer a return and refund. If you wish to have an exchange, please contact us at customers@immaculatevegan.com.

Duties

If you have had to pay import duty on a purchase, then you may be able to reclaim that from your local tax office, if you return the goods. Immaculate Vegan is not responsible for any additional customs and taxes applied to an order.

Returns & Damages

Immaculate Vegan is not liable for any items damaged or lost during delivery. If this does occur, please let us know and we will contact the brand and then follow up with you.

Cancellation policy and process

You can cancel an order that you have paid for if it has not yet been dispatched. To do this, please notify us by using the Contact Us form on our website or email us at customers@immaculatevegan.com.

If you cancel an order that has been dispatched you are obliged to pay the cost of the return shipping. Note: we are unable to refund this or the original shipping fee.

We aim to process your refund within than 5 days of receipt of goods.

Any custom-made or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled.

Note

This policy applies to products purchased from the www.immaculatevegan.com website only.
