Wipe your Kenia Wallet with a soft, damp cloth to remove any dust or dirt. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials to maintain the integrity of the cruelty-free microfibre. -
Leather Conditioning:
To keep your wallet soft and prevent wear, use a vegan leather conditioner. Always test the conditioner on a small, hidden area first to ensure it doesn’t affect the color or texture. Gently apply with a soft cloth in circular motions, allowing it to absorb fully. -
Deep Cleaning:
For tougher stains, use a dedicated vegan leather cleaner. After cleaning, apply a conditioner to maintain the wallet’s smooth texture and extend its durability. -
Shape Maintenance:
Store the wallet flat when not in use to avoid creasing or misshaping. Avoid overstuffing the wallet to preserve its form. -
Storage:
Keep the wallet in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and humidity, to preserve the color and material quality over time.

As a marketplace, all items are shipped to you directly by our brands, using tracked delivery. If you have purchased multiple items from different brands at the same time, each item will be sent separately.
Many of our brands offer free domestic shipping (or free over a certain spend limit).
Some offer free international shipping depending on your location and / or order value.
Where this isn’t the case, the majority of orders will have shipping costs no higher than the following:

Returns
You have 14 days to request a return from your delivery date.
You’ll then have a further 14 days from the day that we provide you with return instructions to post your order.
Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning an item, unless the brand offers free or subsidised returns. This will be stated in the green box at the top of this page. Return costs will vary depending on the brand's location in relation to yours. The brand's country is also stated in the green box.

If you order an item that ships to you from within your own country, there will be not be any additional taxes, duties or fees on receipt of goods.
If you order an item that ships to you from another country, your order may be subject to import duties, which are the result of international trade agreements between countries. However please note that:
- For UK customers, many items made in the EU are also exempt from any import charges;
- For US customers, all orders under $800 are also duty free, which means there will be no additional fees applied;
- For EU customers, all orders from within the EU are exempt from any import charges.
