This brand manufactures in the EU. As a result of EU/UK free trade agreements, there are no import duties on delivery to the UK or to any EU country. US customers do not pay any import duties on orders below $800.

About the Founder

After the birth of her daughter, Tina Logar Bauchmüller left her career to pursue her dream of starting a sustainable fashion brand – named after her first daughter, Mila.

Materials

Mila.Vert uses only made "in accordance" with GOTS organic cotton, sourced from Germany. Only eco-friendly detergents are used to wash the yarns and pre-wash the knits.

Production

The brand produces its collections locally in Slovenia, working with partners such as small sewing companies and a family-owned knitting studio, who not only share their values but have also become lifelong friends. Mila.Vert regularly visits the facilities, checks conditions and talks to employees.

People

The company's partners pay their workers a living wage in accordance with Slovenian law. Working with made "in accordance" with GOTS materials also ensures that workers are paid fairly.

Packaging

Only plastic-free packaging is used, such as paper-based materials and scrap textile bags.

Animals

Mila.Vert is a PETA-Approved Vegan brand. Their commitment includes wildlife, as the materials used are non-toxic to minimise harmful effects on nature.
