You can find the returns and exchange address for all our brands below. Just click on the Brand name to reveal the address. Please also include a Return form which can be found HEREor anExchange form which can be found HERE. Regarding your return, please note:
As soon as the Brand receives your return, they will inform us and we can then refund you.
You must have notified us of your intent to return within 14 days of receipt of your order to be accepted. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.
You are responsible for the parcel until it reaches the Brand so you will need to choose a shipping method that guarantees receipt.
Please retain proof of postage or tracking of your parcel in the event of any dispute.
All goods need to be in resalable condition i.e. unworn/unused and in full original packaging.
This reflects our Returns Policy that can be found here. Any returns that fall outside of our policy will not be able to be refunded.
NB: If the return destination is outside of your country please make sure you complete ALL of the following steps otherwise the brand may incur charges on receiving your parcel that you are liable for:
Mark the parcel as "RETURNED GOODS - FAILED SALE" and
A completed customs documentation. This may be a CN22 form or equivalent.
Regarding exchanges, please note only some of our brands offer exchanges. Before requesting an exchange, please check whether the brand you have bought from offers this below. If they do, follow the instructions above but use an Exchange form which can be found here.
