How to measure a dog for a coat:
Version 2 of the popular raincoat has an expanded size range, meaning the fit and measurements are different to our original raincoats. Please double check measurements before purchasing.
For best results, use a soft measuring tape to get the following measurements:
- Chest: Place the tape around the widest part of your dog’s torso (usually just behind front legs) and wrap round until the points meet.
- Back: Start at the lower neck and run the tape to the base of the tail, along your dogs top line.
- Neck: Leaving space for two fingers to fit between the tape and the neck so it's not too tight, measure your dogs neck at the widest point.
Please note: fit may vary depending on dogs build, chest depth and shoulder placement.
Tip: If your dog is between sizes, it is suggested to go up a size so they have room.

Christmas Delivery
Due to high volumes in the courier network, ordering from brands within your country during the festive period can take up to 7 days; and up to 14 working days if ordering from brands outside of your country. It may take longer than this depending on the courier used, customs procedures and volumes, and is unfortunately out of our control.
Whilst we'd love to be able to, we are unable to guarantee delivery before Christmas on any order, so that’s why we would strongly recommend ordering in plenty of time if you would like to get the best chance of delivery before Christmas.
As a marketplace, all items are shipped to you directly by our brands, using tracked delivery. If you have purchased multiple items from different brands at the same time, each item will be sent separately.
Many of our brands offer free domestic shipping (or free over a certain spend limit).
Some offer free international shipping depending on your location and / or order value.
Where this isn’t the case, the majority of orders will have shipping costs no higher than the following:

Christmas Extended Returns
We are offering our customers an extended returns policy during the festive period starting Friday 29th November and ending on 31st December.
That means that if you order between these dates, you’ll have up to 33 days from the day of delivery to let us know you’d like to return your order, instead of the normal 14 days.
You’ll then have a further 14 days from the day that we provide you with return instructions to post your order.
*Unfortunately, any Issy London, Mela, Pixie Mood, SENTIENT or BLOOM products are not eligible for extended returns, so would revert to our normal return policy.
Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning an item, unless the brand offers free or subsidised returns. This will be stated in the green box at the top of this page. Return costs will vary depending on the brand's location in relation to yours. The brand's country is also stated in the green box.

If you order an item that ships to you from within your own country, there will be not be any additional taxes, duties or fees on receipt of goods.
If you order an item that ships to you from another country, your order may be subject to import duties, which are the result of international trade agreements between countries. However please note that:
- For UK customers, many items made in the EU are also exempt from any import charges;
- For US customers, all orders under $800 are also duty free, which means there will be no additional fees applied;
- For EU customers, all orders from within the EU are exempt from any import charges.
