Arze's mission is to fuse fashion and sustainability with music and expression. Through their podcast and “Arze sessions”, this Spanish label helps discover emerging artists and share their talent with the world – all while promoting their cruelty-free, planet-conscious sneakers.

Founders

Arze was founded in 2022 by three friends - Alvaro Sancristobal Belloch, who had a background in manufacturing companies; Nunu Muños-Ramos Mas, with a past in marketing; and Abel Navajas, who had worked in startups. Their vision was to move away from a market where sustainable brands' only focus was sustainability, and to inject an aspirational aspect into their label, becoming a platform for emerging artists.

“We are a sneaker brand with the primary mission of bridging the gap between emerging music and conscious fashion.”

Materials

The brand works with organic cotton, bio-nappa derived from corn, recycled plastics and Polylana – a mix of virgin and recycled fibres. All materials have international sustainability certifications such as OEKO-TEX GOTS or GRS.

Production

Arze's sneakers are made locally in Spain, and the entire process is thoroughly checked by the founders. The factories are located only an hour from the founders' hometown, allowing them to be in close contact with the manufacturers and ensure ethical production.

People

All workers in the brand's supply chain are paid a living wage.

Packaging

Recycled and organic materials are used in the brand's packaging.

Animals

Arze is a PETA-Approved Vegan brand.
