The Pop My Way collection features ingenious mix-and-match baby essentials with interchangeable accessories that are designed to “pop” onto the garment. Add a splash of colour, replace a messy bib or make lost socks a thing of the past thanks to the clever shoulder and ankle poppers. The brand’s Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) certifications means that every step of their process is measurably sustainable – including the harvesting of the cotton, the environmental and social standards, and the packaging.

Sashe Christopher spent 20 years within buying and merchandising in the fashion industry. A tricky pregnancy and birth of her daughter prompted Sashe to start thinking about ways to make the early days with new babies easier. Frustrated by nappy changes and feeds complicated by inflexible and impractical clothing, the idea of a simpler way was born. Curious about where and how her daughter’s clothes were produced, she began to weave her other passion, sustainability, into the concept. Sustainability is a way of life in Sashe’s native South Africa, as locals are forced to reuse and recycle as much as possible. This was inspiring to Sashe, and Pop My Way is a culmination of her knowledge and experience in the fashion industry, and her ambition to create a transparent childrenswear brand that parents can trust.
“Being environmentally conscious is one of our core values, and this extends to all aspects of our business.”
The Pop My Way range is made from organic Pima cotton, which is grown naturally in Peru. Due to its long fibres, this fabric is luxurious, exceptionally soft, durable, and highly resistant to pilling. Pima cotton is harvested entirely by hand, which produces a brilliant white shade. It also allows the fibres to dye beautifully, keeps them free from impurities, and feels smooth and soft against the skin. This type of cotton is hypoallergenic and highly durable.
Pop My Way’s GOTS certification is a testament to the fact that the brand takes social responsibility seriously. This includes ensuring good working conditions in the factories used by the brand, ensuring a proper wage for the workers and ensuring a zero child-labour policy.
Pop My Way’s products are manufactured at a GOTS-certified factory in Lima, Peru. The brand’s supply chain process is monitored and audited regularly. In addition to organic materials that protect farmers and the environment, water and energy use is monitored and no hazardous chemicals are used in the manufacturing.
The Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) is recognised as the world's leading processing standard for textiles made from organic fibres. It defines high-level environmental criteria along the entire organic textiles supply chain. All chemical inputs such as dyes and auxiliaries used must meet certain environmental and toxicological criteria. A functional waste water treatment plant is mandatory for any wet-processing unit involved and all processors must comply with minimum social criteria.
Pop My Way packaging is plastic-free. The company minimises packaging by using a single sturdy branded mailing box that acts as a gift box and mailing box all in one. Smaller orders are sent out in an eco-friendly mailing bag. All Pop My Way mailing boxes, tissue paper, stickers, and gift message cards are certified by the FSC, which works to promote sustainable forestry. The brand’s tissue paper and stickers are printed using soy ink, and their mailing bags are made with sugar cane. All paper items are acid-free and fully recyclable.
Pop My Way cares for the planet and this includes protecting animals, which is why the brand stands against animals being exploited for fashion. Their range is made entirely from 100% organic pima cotton – a vegan material. The label does not use any animal ingredients in their fabrics, textile auxiliaries or dyes, nor do they carry out any testing on animals.
