Regular Cleaning:
Wipe your Ellen Wallet with a soft, damp cloth to remove dust or surface dirt. Avoid using any harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the cruelty-free microfibre. -
Leather Conditioning:
To keep your wallet looking its best, apply a vegan leather conditioner occasionally. Always test the conditioner on a small, hidden area first to ensure it doesn’t affect the colour or texture. Use a soft cloth to gently buff the conditioner in, ensuring the wallet remains supple and smooth. -
Deep Cleaning:
For tougher stains, use a dedicated vegan leather cleaner. After cleaning, apply a conditioner to maintain the wallet’s texture and durability. -
Shape Maintenance:
Store your wallet flat and avoid overstuffing it to help retain its shape over time. -
Storage:
Keep the wallet in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and humidity, to protect its colour and material quality.

As a marketplace, all items are shipped to you directly by our brands, using tracked delivery. If you have purchased multiple items from different brands at the same time, each item will be sent separately.
Many of our brands offer free domestic shipping (or free over a certain spend limit).
Some offer free international shipping depending on your location and / or order value.
Where this isn’t the case, the majority of orders will have shipping costs no higher than the following:

Returns
You have 14 days to request a return from your delivery date.
You’ll then have a further 14 days from the day that we provide you with return instructions to post your order.
Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning an item, unless the brand offers free or subsidised returns. This will be stated in the green box at the top of this page. Return costs will vary depending on the brand's location in relation to yours. The brand's country is also stated in the green box.

If you order an item that ships to you from within your own country, there will be not be any additional taxes, duties or fees on receipt of goods.
If you order an item that ships to you from another country, your order may be subject to import duties, which are the result of international trade agreements between countries. However please note that:
- For UK customers, many items made in the EU are also exempt from any import charges;
- For US customers, all orders under $800 are also duty free, which means there will be no additional fees applied;
- For EU customers, all orders from within the EU are exempt from any import charges.
