The sneakers’ upper is made entirely of apple leather – a durable and innovative material derived from fibres left over from industrial apple juice and snack production. Designed to last, it ensures your sneakers remain a reliable companion for years to come.
Additionally, the apple vegan leather is fully waterproof and breathable. You can put your shoes on regardless of weather conditions, whether it’s humid or hot! To the moon and back – always with class!
The inside of our vegan sneakers, depending on the colour option, is lined with soft and flexible bamboo material or breathable organic cotton. What’s more, for the sake of your health, we decided to use a natural cork insole – durable, antiseptic, absorbing moisture and preventing chafing.
The cherry on the top is an ultralight and comfortable sole which allows you to wear your shoes all day long – with no negative consequences whatsoever!
In the case of the JANE model, we decided not to add any unnecessary details or decorations, apart from one! On the back of the upper, we used a small, checkered material, made of 100% recycled disposable bottles.
Moreover, instead of classic shoelaces, we opted for 100% natural ones made of pure linen – having in mind the possibility of easy recycling in the future.
This model was made using the so-called Strobel construction – a special shoemaking technology which allows you to maximize the comfort of the shoe and reduce the amount of adhesives used in the production by 70-80% compared to the studded technology. It makes the footwear even more breathable and prevents it from emitting unpleasant odors, which the adhesives are usually responsible for when they come into contact with human sweat.

As a marketplace, all items are shipped to you directly by our brands, using tracked delivery. If you have purchased multiple items from different brands at the same time, each item will be sent separately.
Many of our brands offer free domestic shipping (or free over a certain spend limit).
Some offer free international shipping depending on your location and / or order value.
Where this isn’t the case, the majority of orders will have shipping costs no higher than the following:

Our brands usually dispatch items within 1–2 days of your order. Shipping can take between 3–10 days depending on where you are based and where the brand is based. See our Delivery page for full details.

Returns
You have 14 days to request a return from your delivery date.
You’ll then have a further 14 days from the day that we provide you with return instructions to post your order.
Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning an item, unless the brand offers free or subsidised returns. This will be stated in the green box at the top of this page. Return costs will vary depending on the brand's location in relation to yours. The brand's country is also stated in the green box. See our Returns & Exchanges page for full details.

Exchanges
Most of our brand partners allow exchanges, although some only offer a return and refund. If you wish to have an exchange, please contact us at returns@immaculatevegan.com, telling us your order number and what you would like to exchange it for.
- All customers: If you order an item that ships to you from within your own country, there will be no additional taxes, duties or fees on receipt of goods.
- UK, US + EU: If you order an item from outside your country/region, there will be no additional taxes, duties or fees – this is because the brands we have selected to sell into the UK, US and EU have already paid the duties, or have made use of free trade agreements.
- Australia: All international orders up to AU$1000 are exempt from any import tarifs or duties, so you will not have to pay any additional charges. If you'd like to place an order over AU$1000 from a single brand, please place 2 separate orders instead, each below AU$1000. Rest of the World: Many other regions do not have import duties that apply, except for very high value orders – however this differs by country, so please check with your local customs office if you aren't sure.
