How to Order: Made For You, Not For Waste
If your size is in stock, hit Add to Basket and you’re good to go.
If it’s not in stock — no stress. Drop us an email at hello@nomorenobody.com with the product name and your size, and we’ll let you know if we can make one just for you. Most of our pieces can be made to order, in a different fabric or colour. We’re always picking up new deadstock rolls, so you might just snag something one-of-a-kind.
Use the size chart below to find your perfect fit. Once your order is confirmed, our seamstress will start pattern cutting and making your piece just for you. No piles of unsold stock, no waste — just thoughtful clothes, made with intention.
We expect to ship within 3–4 weeks. A little wait, but worth it — because what arrives will be something made especially for you.

As a marketplace, all items are shipped to you directly by our brands, using tracked delivery. If you have purchased multiple items from different brands at the same time, each item will be sent separately.
Many of our brands offer free domestic shipping (or free over a certain spend limit).
Some offer free international shipping depending on your location and / or order value.
Where this isn’t the case, the majority of orders will have shipping costs no higher than the following:

Our brands usually dispatch items within 1–2 days of your order. Shipping can take between 3–10 days depending on where you are based and where the brand is based. See our Delivery page for full details.

Returns
You have 14 days to request a return from your delivery date.
You’ll then have a further 14 days from the day that we provide you with return instructions to post your order.
Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning an item, unless the brand offers free or subsidised returns. This will be stated in the green box at the top of this page. Return costs will vary depending on the brand's location in relation to yours. The brand's country is also stated in the green box. See our Returns & Exchanges page for full details.

Exchanges
Most of our brand partners allow exchanges, although some only offer a return and refund. If you wish to have an exchange, please contact us at returns@immaculatevegan.com, telling us your order number and what you would like to exchange it for.
- All customers: If you order an item that ships to you from within your own country, there will be no additional taxes, duties or fees on receipt of goods.
- UK, US + EU: If you order an item from outside your country/region, there will be no additional taxes, duties or fees – this is because the brands we have selected to sell into the UK, US and EU have already paid the duties, or have made use of free trade agreements.
- Australia: All international orders up to AU$1000 are exempt from any import tarifs or duties, so you will not have to pay any additional charges. If you'd like to place an order over AU$1000 from a single brand, please place 2 separate orders instead, each below AU$1000. Rest of the World: Many other regions do not have import duties that apply, except for very high value orders – however this differs by country, so please check with your local customs office if you aren't sure.
