Founder

Before founding Under Her Eyes, Silva Hrabar-Owens spent two decades heading up womenswear and menswear departments at leading fashion brands.

Materials

The brand uses recycled sterling silver for all their jewellery, alongside semi-precious stones. For their vegan bags, the brand works with Ultrafabrics PU leather as well as corn-based leather and is pioneering a range of grape-leather accessories. All glues are water-based and all threads are made from cotton.

Production

The brand's jewellery is produced in Thailand, whereas the bags are crafted locally in the UK, by an artisan located in Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire.

All suppliers are reviewed on a regular basis to ensure ethical practices.

For each sale, the brand plants a tree through the Switch2Zero sustainability platform.

Packaging

All boxes are maid from recycled and recyclable materials, as is the tissue paper. The labels and tape are made using water-based glue, and all packaging is biodegradable.
