Grape Leather: Grape leather is created using waste from winemaking – Italian company Vegea worked to solve a foodwaste problem in Italy's wine industry by taking leftover grapes and using them to craft a highquality leatherlike material. _

Every 10 litres of wine can produce 2.5 litres of waste such as shells, skins and cores, which are usually discarded. Vegea (the name is a combination of “vegan” and “gea”, meaning Earth) has won a H&M Global Change Award and been used in H&M's Conscious Exclusive Collection, as well as for interiors in Bentley's electric cars._

The leather is made by dehydrating the grape residue and combining it with vegetable oil and waterbased polyurethane. It is then coated with organic cotton. Vegea reuses any water used in its production process, and the final material contains only minimal amounts of nontoxic chemical reagents.

As a marketplace, all items are shipped to you directly by our brands, using tracked delivery. If you have purchased multiple items from different brands at the same time, each item will be sent separately.

Many of our brands offer free domestic shipping (or free over a certain spend limit).

Some offer free international shipping depending on your location and / or order value. 

Where this isn’t the case, the majority of orders will have shipping costs no higher than the following:

Canada & Rest of World shipping costs differ by brand and by country.

Please note: your shipping costs will always be visible at checkout, prior to payment.

Our brands usually dispatch items within 1–2 days of your order. Shipping can take between 3–10 days depending on where you are based and where the brand is based. See our Delivery page for full details.

Returns

You have 14 days to request a return from your delivery date. 

You’ll then have a further 14 days from the day that we provide you with return instructions to post your order.

Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning an item, unless the brand offers free or subsidised returns. This will be stated in the green box at the top of this page. Return costs will vary depending on the brand's location in relation to yours. The brand's country is also stated in the green box.

While we’re not able to offer direct exchanges, you’re welcome to return your item for a refund and then place a new order whenever it’s convenient for you.

All customers: If you order an item that ships to you from within your own country, there will be no additional taxes, duties or fees on receipt of goods.

UK & USA: If you order an item from outside your own country, there will be no additional taxes, duties or fees for the UK; and for the USA on orders up to $800. 

EU: all goods shipping from another EU country or made in the EU will not incur any import duties. For goods shipping from outside the EU that are not made in the EU, orders below €150 (excluding VAT) will also not incur any import duties. 

The majority of regions outside UK, EU and USA do not have import duties that apply, except for very high value orders – however this differs by country, so please check with your local customs office if you aren't sure.
