Fitting: Ensure no more than a snug two-finger gap between your dog's neck and the collar for a comfortable yet secure fit. An ill-fitting collar may cause discomfort or increase the risk of escape.
Regular Checks: Inspect the collar frequently for signs of wear, fraying, or damage, including buckles, D-rings, and stitching. Replace immediately if any part is weakened.
No Tethering: This collar is not suitable for tethering. Using it in this way may result in breakage or injury.
Supervised Use: Do not leave the collar on when your dog is unattended, crated, or playing with other dogs to prevent the risk of entanglement or choking.
Water Exposure: Extended exposure to water (e.g., swimming) may weaken materials over time. Avoid prolonged water exposure.
Improper Use: Do not use this collar with training tools, long lines, or as a seat belt restraint in a car or any moving vehicle. This significantly increases the risk of injury from sudden impact.
Sizing: Ensure the collar is appropriate for your dog’s breed, weight, and strength using our size & weight guide. Do not use a collar that is too loose or tight.

As a marketplace, all items are shipped to you directly by our brands, using tracked delivery. If you have purchased multiple items from different brands at the same time, each item will be sent separately.
Many of our brands offer free domestic shipping (or free over a certain spend limit).
Some offer free international shipping depending on your location and / or order value.
Where this isn’t the case, the majority of orders will have shipping costs no higher than the following:

Our brands usually dispatch items within 1–2 days of your order. Shipping can take between 3–10 days depending on where you are based and where the brand is based. See our Delivery page for full details.

Returns
You have 14 days to request a return from your delivery date.
You’ll then have a further 14 days from the day that we provide you with return instructions to post your order.
Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning an item, unless the brand offers free or subsidised returns. This will be stated in the green box at the top of this page. Return costs will vary depending on the brand's location in relation to yours. The brand's country is also stated in the green box. See our Returns & Exchanges page for full details.

Exchanges
Most of our brand partners allow exchanges, although some only offer a return and refund. If you wish to have an exchange, please contact us at returns@immaculatevegan.com, telling us your order number and what you would like to exchange it for.
- All customers: If you order an item that ships to you from within your own country, there will be no additional taxes, duties or fees on receipt of goods.
- UK & US: If you order an item from outside your own country, there will be no additional taxes, duties or fees – this is because the brands we have selected to sell into the UK and the US have already paid the duties, or have made use of free trade agreements.
- EU: all goods shipping from another EU country, or goods made in the EU, will not incur any import duties. For goods shipping from outside the EU that are not made in the EU, orders below €150 (excluding VAT) will also not incur any import duties.
- Australia: All international orders up to AU$1000 are exempt from any import tarifs or duties, so you will not have to pay any additional charges. If you'd like to place an order over AU$1000 from a single brand, please place 2 separate orders instead, each below AU$1000. - Rest of the World: Many other regions do not have import duties that apply, except for very high value orders – however this differs by country, so please check with your local customs office if you aren't sure.
