The slim credit card holder in Chestnut Brown is individually handmade with high quality eco-leather. The innovative vegan leather has a base layer made from non-food grade corn and the final material contains more than 50% plant material. The corn is from a renewable source so the material has a much lower CO2 footprint and is more environmentally friendly than a regular vegan leather. On the top there is a layer of PU to provide benefits such as water, stain and scratch resistance.
The lining has been made using 100% recycled plastic bottles. It is soft and strong like polyester, but unlike virgin polyester, recycled PET fabric has a significantly lower impact on the environment. It uses 94% less water, 60% less energy and 32% less CO2 to manufacture. It's also RFID protective, so you can feel safe about your cards.

Christmas Delivery
Due to high volumes in the courier network, ordering from brands within your country during the festive period can take up to 7 days; and up to 14 working days if ordering from brands outside of your country. It may take longer than this depending on the courier used, customs procedures and volumes, and is unfortunately out of our control.
Whilst we'd love to be able to, we are unable to guarantee delivery before Christmas on any order, so that’s why we would strongly recommend ordering in plenty of time if you would like to get the best chance of delivery before Christmas.
As a marketplace, all items are shipped to you directly by our brands, using tracked delivery. If you have purchased multiple items from different brands at the same time, each item will be sent separately.
Many of our brands offer free domestic shipping (or free over a certain spend limit).
Some offer free international shipping depending on your location and / or order value.
Where this isn’t the case, the majority of orders will have shipping costs no higher than the following:

Christmas Extended Returns
We are offering our customers an extended returns policy during the festive period starting Friday 29th November and ending on 31st December.
That means that if you order between these dates, you’ll have up to 33 days from the day of delivery to let us know you’d like to return your order, instead of the normal 14 days.
You’ll then have a further 14 days from the day that we provide you with return instructions to post your order.
*Unfortunately, any Issy London, Mela, Pixie Mood, SENTIENT or BLOOM products are not eligible for extended returns, so would revert to our normal return policy.
Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning an item, unless the brand offers free or subsidised returns. This will be stated in the green box at the top of this page. Return costs will vary depending on the brand's location in relation to yours. The brand's country is also stated in the green box.

If you order an item that ships to you from within your own country, there will be not be any additional taxes, duties or fees on receipt of goods.
If you order an item that ships to you from another country, your order may be subject to import duties, which are the result of international trade agreements between countries. However please note that:
- For UK customers, many items made in the EU are also exempt from any import charges;
- For US customers, all orders under $800 are also duty free, which means there will be no additional fees applied;
- For EU customers, all orders from within the EU are exempt from any import charges.
