The UK-based brand has created the Lift the Flap Nursing Vest, which has improved the breastfeeding experience for over 50,000 mothers globally. The brand has B Corp status and is included in the Social Enterprise membership.
Founder
With over 18 years' experience in marketing, Subha Ganesh was the perfect person to take over Bshirt. After heading up marketing at ASOS, Reiss, and Ganni, Ganesh has a vision to bring Bshirt to consumers around the globe, enhancing their breastfeeding experience.

Materials
Bshirt's high-quality ranges are made in GOTS-certified organic cotton sourced from India.
Production
Production takes place in a Oeko-Tex certified factory in India. A sustainability audit of factories is conducted before the collaboration begins, and Bshirt also conduct sustainability audits throughout the partnership. The brand has full transparency over its supply chain. Operating a buy-back scheme, the brand also promotes circularity.
People
Bshirt offers staff a flexible hours policy, private spaces for breastfeeding parents, and flexible leaving times which allow parents to be on time for school pick-ups. All wages are in line with or above national living wage. All suppliers also undergo audits to guarantee a safe working environment. The brand is committed to to maintaining safe, healthy, and comfortable workplaces, free from discrimination and exploitation, where workers can perform their jobs with dignity and respect.

Charity Donations
The company regularly donates to charity. Among other efforts, they sponsor education for children in India.

All Bshirt products are packaged in a plastic-free compostable bag and either paper bags or compostable bags.
