WOODSTRK specializes in modern bohemian-inspired sustainable swimwear, that fits like a second skin and is made from ECONYL® regenerated nylon, a yarn made of abandoned fishing nets, fabric scraps & industrial plastic from landfills and oceans all over the world. The yarn is woven into premium swimwear fabric in Italy, which is very soft and silky to the touch.

The Hamburg-based brand was founded by the young couple Katrin and Finn, who came up with the idea in early 2017. Having traveled to many parts of the world, they had seen first hand how plastic pollution and reckless human activity is affecting our planet. Research led them to ECONYL® – that’s when they decided to turn trash to treasure.

Their collections feature a mix of minimalistic designs, playful patterns & feminine cuts, made for free spirits, ocean lovers and dream chasers. Production takes place in a small socially responsible factory in northern Portugal. As a slow fashion brand, WOODSTRK takes pride in using no mass production in the making of any of their products
