Protect: Protect your bag from heat and moisture. If your bag gets wet, pat it dry with a clean, absorbent cloth and let it air dry naturally. Avoid using direct heat sources like hair dryers, as they can damage the material.

Clean: Wipe off any spills or stains immediately with a clean, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that may contain alcohol, acid or oils.

Polish/condition: Use a conditioner specifically formulated for faux or vegan leather. Apply a small amount and buff it with a clean cloth to maintain suppleness.

Store: When not in use, store your bag in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight in its cotton dust bag, to protect it from dust and scratches.

Wear: Avoid overloading your bag to prevent straining seams and weakening the material. Rotate its use to prevent excessive wear and allow it to rest, to maintain its shape.

Additionally: Regular Cleaning: Periodically clean the bag with a mild soap or a specialized leather cleaner. Apply the cleaner with a soft cloth or sponge, and then wipe it off with a clean, damp cloth.
- Consider applying a water repellent spray to protect the bag from light rain or accidental spills. Make sure to test the spray on a small, inconspicuous area first.

Delivery
As a marketplace, all items are shipped to you directly by our brands, using tracked delivery. If you have purchased multiple items from different brands at the same time, each item will be sent separately.
Many of our brands offer free domestic shipping (or free over a certain spend limit).
Some offer free international shipping depending on your location and / or order value.
Where this isn’t the case, the majority of orders will have shipping costs no higher than the following:

Returns
Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning an item, unless the brand offers free or subsidised returns. This will be stated in the green box at the top of this page. Return costs will vary depending on the brand's location in relation to yours. The brand's country is also stated in the green box.
You have 14 days to inform us of your desire to return an item, and then a further 14 days from the date you notify us to send back the item. See our Returns page for full details.

If you order an item that ships to you from within your own country, there will be not be any additional taxes, duties or fees on receipt of goods.
If you order an item that ships to you from another country, your order may be subject to import duties, which are the result of international trade agreements between countries. However please note that:
- For UK customers, many items made in the EU are also exempt from any import charges;
- For US customers, all orders under $800 are also duty free, which means there will be no additional fees applied;
- For EU customers, all orders from within the EU are exempt from any import charges.
