Care:
- Protect: Protect your jacket from excess moisture. If your jacket gets wet, pat it dry with a clean, absorbent cloth and allow it to air dry at room temperature. Avoid using heat sources like hairdryers or radiators, as they can damage the material. Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can cause the colour of the material to fade over time. Store your jacket in a cool, dark place when not in use.
Be cautious around sharp objects to prevent scratches or cuts on the material surface. - Clean: Wipe off any surface dirt or dust using a soft, damp cloth. For more stubborn stains, use a mild soap or leather cleaner. Test it in an inconspicuous area first to ensure it doesn't damage the material. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaning agents, which may damage the material.
- Condition: Use a conditioner formulated explicitly for faux or vegan leather to keep it supple and prevent it from drying out. Apply the conditioner sparingly and evenly, following the product instructions.
- Store: Hang your jacket on a padded hanger to maintain its shape. Avoid overloading your closet to prevent the jacket from getting crushed or misshapen. Periodically inspect your jacket for any signs of wear, loose stitching, or damage. Please address any issues promptly to prevent them from worsening.
- Wear: Avoid spraying perfume or applying cosmetics directly onto the jacket, as some chemicals may adversely affect the material.

Delivery
As a marketplace, all items are shipped to you directly by our brands, using tracked delivery. If you have purchased multiple items from different brands at the same time, each item will be sent separately.
Many of our brands offer free domestic shipping (or free over a certain spend limit).
Some offer free international shipping depending on your location and / or order value.
Where this isn’t the case, the majority of orders will have shipping costs no higher than the following:

Returns
Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning an item, unless the brand offers free or subsidised returns. This will be stated in the green box at the top of this page. Return costs will vary depending on the brand's location in relation to yours. The brand's country is also stated in the green box.
You have 14 days to inform us of your desire to return an item, and then a further 14 days from the date you notify us to send back the item. See our Returns page for full details.

If you order an item that ships to you from within your own country, there will be not be any additional taxes, duties or fees on receipt of goods.
If you order an item that ships to you from another country, your order may be subject to import duties, which are the result of international trade agreements between countries. However please note that:
- For UK customers, many items made in the EU are also exempt from any import charges;
- For US customers, all orders under $800 are also duty free, which means there will be no additional fees applied;
- For EU customers, all orders from within the EU are exempt from any import charges.
