Sizing: The Beta model fits normally, we advise you to take your usual size. If you are between 2 sizes and you have any doubts, Zeta advises you to take a size smaller.
Care:
- We recommend that you waterproof your shoes to prevent stains and moisture.
- Maintain your shoes with a sponge or soft cloth and soapy water.
- It is not recommended to put your shoes in the washing machine.
- The give them a boost of whiteness and shine, we recommend using clay cream, a natural cleanser that cleans shoes.
Designed in Bordeaux, France. These shoes are assembled by hand in a family-run workshop of 100 artisans in Vizela, Portugal.
As a marketplace, all items are shipped to you directly by our brands, using tracked delivery. If you have purchased multiple items from different brands at the same time, each item will be sent separately.
Many of our brands offer free domestic shipping (or free over a certain spend limit).
Some offer free international shipping depending on your location and / or order value.
Where this isn’t the case, the majority of orders will have shipping costs no higher than the following:

Our brands usually dispatch items within 1–2 days of your order. Shipping can take between 3–10 days depending on where you are based and where the brand is based. See our Delivery page for full details.

Returns
You have 14 days to request a return from your delivery date.
You’ll then have a further 14 days from the day that we provide you with return instructions to post your order.
Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning an item, unless the brand offers free or subsidised returns. This will be stated in the green box at the top of this page. Return costs will vary depending on the brand's location in relation to yours. The brand's country is also stated in the green box. See our Returns & Exchanges page for full details.

Exchanges
Most of our brand partners allow exchanges, although some only offer a return and refund. If you wish to have an exchange, please contact us at returns@immaculatevegan.com, telling us your order number and what you would like to exchange it for.
All customers: If you order an item that ships to you from within your own country, there will be no additional taxes, duties or fees on receipt of goods.
UK: If you order an item from outside the UK, there will be no additional taxes, duties or fees for the UK – this is because the brands we have selected to sell into the UK have already paid the duties, or have made use of free trade agreements.
EU: all goods shipping from another EU country or made in the EU will not incur any import duties. For goods shipping from outside the EU that are not made in the EU, orders below €150 (excluding VAT) will also not incur any import duties.
The majority of regions outside UK & EU do not have import duties that apply, except for very high value orders – however this differs by country, so please check with your local customs office if you aren't sure.
