Sizing:
It is advised that you don’t measure your hands when they are cold as your fingers could be up to half a size smaller than usual.

A wider/thicker band will feel tighter than a narrower band, so it is recommended to choose the next size up from your normal ring size. Your ring should be a snug but comfortable fit. A good rule of thumb is you should be able to ‘Push it on, wiggle it off!’

Returns
You have 14 days to request a return from your delivery date.
You’ll then have a further 14 days from the day that we provide you with return instructions to post your order.
Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning an item, unless the brand offers free or subsidised returns. This will be stated in the green box at the top of this page. Return costs will vary depending on the brand's location in relation to yours. The brand's country is also stated in the green box.
While we’re not able to offer direct exchanges, you’re welcome to return your item for a refund and then place a new order whenever it’s convenient for you.

If you order an item that ships to you from within your own country, there will be no additional taxes, duties or fees on receipt of goods.
If you order an item from outside your own country, we ensure Duty Free shipping for customers in the UK and EU, and for USA on orders up to $800.
The majority of regions outside UK, EU and USA do not have import duties that apply, except for very high value orders – however this differs by country, so please check with your local customs office if you aren't sure.
